Space Mission Analysis and Design

FRS provides engineering services related to low-thrust orbit transfer, trajectory design, flight software development.  We contract through a Research and Development Agreement or straight-forward consulting services agreement.

Flight Software

We also offer expertise developing high assurance software for SmallSat platforms that use the NASA core Flight System framework.  FRS operates two flight software work areas in the Microsoft Azure Cloud, a CentOS target and an RTEMS target.

We use Visual Studio open source workloads with a Kan Ban development process centered around GitHub projects.

Software Tool Chain

FRS makes some of its mission analysis tools available to the open source community.  This is a not for profit activity, but the open source method improves the quality of our tool-chain.
